Most women preferred taking soy for dealing the symptom but that too has now been linked with breast cancer. However, there are several other treatments that provide effective relieves in terms of hot flashes.

Perhaps the most effective way for dealing the situation comes from the nature. These natural treatments provide relives that are also safer. However, it is also recommended consume a supplement that relieves other symptoms too such as the vaginal dryness, anxiety, night sweats and mood swings. The most preferred supplements consist of black cohosh which is proven to help. Whether you prefer taking the medical or natural supplements you need to continue it for a couple of years until you feel that the symptoms are tolerable.
