Ways to Detoxify the Body

Every day, we unintentionally stuff our bodies with the toxins such as alcohol, fats, tri glycerides, cigarettes, and many others. The foods which we intake daily consists of   harmful chemicals and preservatives .Our food passes through our liver giving additional workload to the major metabolic organ. These refined foods make our colon chocked and leads to various stomach disorders.

The harmful toxins lead to increase in weight and also cause problems such as bloating, constipation. You must take the steps to get rid of these toxins.

Here is few diet which helps to detoxify your system.

Vegetable shake

You may take different hakes such as carrot shake, pine apple shake and water melon shake. They serve as good breakfast partners. These shakes and veggies is without any milk or sugar. It gives you excellent taste and cleanses your body

Vegetable salad and lean meat

Take high amount of vegetables and make sure you eat salads .The vegetable salsa made from different vegetables provides your rich nutrients .If possible includes lean meat and cereals in your lunch. Some people take slice of bread.

Oatmeal cookie and vegetable

Choose the meals high in fibers as the foods rich in fibers good cleansing diet; it helps to eliminate the toxins from your system. More over you must also drink lot of water during and after the meals. Water   is number one solvent and liquid cleanse which dissolves the food. Avoid taking fizzy drinks and sweet beverages. The sugar may be toxic if not used as it gets converted into glycerides and gets stored as fat. Drink fruit juices such as pomegranate and orange.
