Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency and Ways to Replenish it

Supplements: It is necessary to add supplements for vitamin D deficiency as most of the foods lose their nutritive value due to soil depletion. Or you May seek advice from doctor for further changes.
Sun Exposure: It is very necessary to take 15 minutes break from the busy life style and run in midday sun as it is very important for the body for its healthy functioning.
So, one should maintain all the above-mentioned activities to fulfill the deficiency of vitamin D in the body to get free from joint pain and cracking of joints.
