A healthy diet can play essential role to cure panic attacks. There are many foods which can generate panic attacks while some of them can lessen the possibility of panic attacks. You can eat fresh fruits, vegetables, poultry, rice, legumes, meat, dairy products and seafood can helpful in panic attacks. Relaxation technique can also aid in reducing the effect of such attacks. Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol because such things make the situation worse. Perform exercises every day which is a handy option to tackle this problem.
