The target here is to increase the metabolisms by maintaining a certain degree of intensity. Many professionals and experts recommend mixing easy workouts with the more intense ones. This not only eases the training but also helps in maintaining the continuity. However, the target here must be to get engaged into more challenging exercises. More intensity provides for better burning of calories and toning of muscles. The major benefit of these exercises is that you continue burning your calories even after completing your training sessions, i.e. while resting.
But a certain degree of caution is required here. By saying to go intense you cannot just keep pushing yourselves over the limits time and again. You have to understand the limits of your body and then design your training accordingly for gaining the most while being on a safer side. This is why easy workouts are suggested to be included along with the intense ones. Easy workouts speed up the recovery process but if you lay more stress upon the high intensity exercises then most probably you will be heading towards putting an end to your fitness routines.

Being fit not only provides good health but it also relieves your entire body and mind from any stresses and helps in performing the best in whatever you do.
