Consider cutting down sweetened beverages and alcoholic intakes for better health. Sweetened drinks and foods are very high in calories and alcohols can trigger several diseases. Additionally, these foods are very well on minerals, calories, vitamins and other essential nutrients. On an important note, drinking clean water suffices all the necessities and serves the basis of an essential beverage.
