A Pursuit for the Nose

People often tend to go for a nose that adds beauty to their face and for that they implement nose job, which is also known as Rhinoplasty. From 1960’s it has been loved by people as it has always been successful in providing you with a nose with which you are proud of. It is particularly used by women as they are more conscious of their face structure. It is used more by the low age group people than the old ones. There are two kinds of procedures, which are involved with this. The first one is the open procedure and the second one is the closed procedure. The nose is reshaped by the removal or by the addition of cartilage according to the need. It happens that the cartilage move to some other parts of the nose hence making your nose unstructured. So in this procedure the cartilage is added to the place from where it has been removed and thus providing you with the nose you always wanted.

Through cosmetic surgery the surgeons try to shape down your nose cartilage, providing you with a replaced nose. They have to deal with a deviated septum which gets offs its position and has to be corrected. This procedure is not easy as it looks like. It takes some time to get to normal routine. Due to internal dressings your nose may even take some months to get into the desired shape. Though the changes caused to your nose take time, but they do last for a long time when implemented successfully.

The open and the closed approach with nose job differ greatly in their implementation. In the open method, a cut is made into the skin which separates the two nostrils of yours. This will give the doctor a better view inside your nose, and so it will get easy for him to do the surgery. This approach takes a lot of time to get to normal. There are some risks and complications involved with this method as the cut is being made on the central layer of the nose. In closed method the cut is made on the nostrils and not on the separation wall between the nostrils. This method is much better than the closed method in terms of the recovery time taken. Since fewer numbers of cuts are being made in this process, hence it takes fewer amounts of time. One thing which is common in both these methods is the swelling around your face, especially around your eyes. You can use some ice packs with this treatment as they give coolness to your eyes. The procedure typically depends on your weight and the kind of changes needed. Before the treatment starts it is essential to observe the nose carefully from its tip as the nose is a very delicate organ and should be dealt with utmost care.

Various kinds of complications are involved with the treatment of your nose, which includes the bursting of the blood vessels. As the surgery is done very close to your skin hence it is dangerous to treat it. The treatment might give an irregular shape to your nose. You can even get to smell out of it after the treatment as a lot of acids are involved with it.
