Lysine – The Annihilator and Herpes Preventer

Lysine is the amino acids that naturally starve herpes virus to become dormant. It limits the multiplication and growth of virus that result into eventual outbreaks. Many times when the virus is not found in the skin’s surface it remains in the inactive state in central nervous system where it waits and sits to get activated through any lifestyle change (excess stress, too much sun exposure, etc).

Arginine is another amino acid which is the main source of herpes virus. Lysine restricts the Arginine’s metabolism and in turn represses the herpes virus from its multiplication or overgrowth at remarkable rate within the body that leads to epidemics. It will remain in the body no matter what you eat.

The daily dose of Lysine is recommended to be 500mg per day. When the herpes virus is active it has been suggested to increase the daily intake up to 1000 mg depending upon the intensity of the outbreak. Moreover, at the time of an outbreak you must avoid foods rich in Arginine like Chocolate, Seeds, Nuts and Dry Beans, including Tofu and Soybeans and Tofu. Arginine is not bad amino acids. It involves various beneficial properties like removal of wastes from the kidneys, wound healing as well as maintenance of the hormonal balances.

Our body typically produces more Arginine, so there is seriously no need for any supplement or products to increase its excess amounts. The thing that you should not need to do is to overload the body with amino acids or create an imbalance between the Arginine and Lysine. Maintaining an easy balance is essential to suppress the Herpes Virus.

By minimizing the intake of foods enriched in Arginine you can raise the intake of Lysine in the body now and thus, create the best environment to fight against this arrogant virus. By incorporating this simple amino acid into your diet on a regular basis you could see an immediate reduction in the number of outbreaks that you now have to manage. If you still feel itching and other outbreak signs like tingling sensation you have to consult physician to get a. immediate treatment.
