How to Treat Hemroids at home?

Numerous home remedies are known to take care of the Hemroids disease. Jumping into freezing water is one of the most common forms of treating the disease at home. But to actively counter the disease, the basic guidelines are to be followed strictly.
These guidelines include various categories like diet and fiber, using toilet, ways of sleeping, jogging habits etc. Chili, natural green “haverno” in the diet reduces the effects to some extent. Entering the toilet in a right way plays a vital role in preventing the disease. Staying inside the toilet for long span of time increases the effects of the disease. Footstool is advisable to be used inside the toil while sitting whether on the toilet or anywhere else.
Using a squatting toilet is also considered to be an effective measure to avoid the disease. Taking several short distance jogs a day is a common way of subsidizing the effects of the disease. Sleeping with elevated legs relieves the blood pressure on affected veins.
Sitz bath is also an effective tool to alleviate hemroid symptoms such as swelling, inflammation and itching. Adding aromatherapy oils with Epsom salts in the bath water is a common variation to Sitz bath. Oat meal powers when added to the bath soothers the irritating external hemroids.
After the bath sitting on the towel-wrapped ice pack is much beneficial and soothing. This shifts the temperature from hot to cold and subsequently allows the free movement of the blood in the affected area.
Cleaning the affected area after using the toilet paper with mild soap and water helps to get relief from inflammation, soreness and itching. Witch hazel, cranesbills, aloe Vera, or apple vinegar is highly useful in not only cleaning but also soothes the affected area.
Ice can be carefully used to reduce the swelling and pain caused due to hemroids. Ice should be wet and slippery instead of sticky to skin. Avoiding tight fitting inners is widely followed home remedy for the disease. It is because of the fact that it restricts the blood flow to the affected area.
Routine exercises are considered to be the mechanical tricks widely used to treat the disease.
