How to Cure Sleeping Disorder or Insomnia?

It is a know fact that about 75% of global population is suffering from Insomnia. It leads to feeling of knots in the stomach and tensed physique. It forces panic attacks, nervousness, inability in coping stress, loss of appetite etc. One of the deep impacts of this disorder is chaotic mind. To find the effective remedy it is however necessary to formulate strategies and techniques to counter insomnia. One of the most useful strategies is to ask the brain to shut up while going to bed. Other strategies involve keeping the mind busy with other extra curricular activities.
Finding humor and irony in stressful activities and also laughing out off the things which can’t be changed are also helpful. Stress management and time management schemes respectively are also fruitful.
Daily exercise, practicing nutritional behaviors, self – control, scheduling etc are the best examples of coping the insomnia. One of the useful exercises to get rid of insomnia is cardiovascular exercise. It helps minimize the stress and acts as an effective tool to counter stress directly and Insomnia indirectly. Exercises promote adrenaline and thus increase the body’s energy levels. Increased body energy levels calms down the stress and subsidizes the effects of Insomnia.
Avoiding negative thoughts and accepting positive thoughts helps to battle against the disorder. Thinking adverse effects is the ultimate result of negative thoughts and this definitely gives rise to Insomnia.
Improper diet, intake of drugs and alcoholic beverages also leads to insomnia. Avoiding coffee or other caffeine based products at night helps the mind to fight against insomnia. For drinkers it is advisable to drink slowly. It is however fruitful not to drink at night as it increases the effects of sleeping disorders.
Listening to soft music or reading books while going to bed, helps the mind to relax and calm down thus minimizes the chances of insomnia to arise.
Warm milk is considered to be the most effective remedy against the disorder. Cinnamon is also used to counter the disorder. A mixture of cinnamon and milk along with honey acts magically to reduce the effects of insomnia.
