How to Carry Out a Natural Treatment Against Herpes?

Painful blisters which are highly contagious is the main outcome of getting infected from Herpes. This disease can cause mild outbreaks of cold sores on the mouth as well as in severe cases genital herpes.

Sensation of burning and itching in the genital area followed by painful sores is also the outcome of the disease. Finally the immune system weakens and becomes prone to other infections. It is highly advisable to drink immune support tea to counter the disease. It is prepared by mixing  pau d’arco, Echinacea, and burdock root. Other tasty herbs like cinnamon, licorice root, or orange peel can be added to give the tea an added flavor. Drinking three to four cups daily is the prescribed routine. Pau d’arco can be added to every day diet for a period of six months. It acts as an efficient preventive tea.

Intake of adaptogenic herbs and foods helps to get rid of stress. It acts as a relaxing and calming agent for nervous system. It strengthens, maintains and nourishes the nervous system’s homeostatic mechanism, enabling the body to deal effectively with stress.

An infusion of four part of nettle, three parts of oat straw and chamomile respectively, one part od St. jhon’s wort, skullcap, and passionflower each with a quarter full cup of drinking water is also an important remedy to counter the high level of stress.

Aloe vera gel is also an important natural element that soothes dries and effectively treats herpes sores. Goldenseal powder, black walnut hull powder and Echinacea root powder mixture with a small amount of St. John’s wort or lemon balm tincture is also effective against the disease.

Herbal bath with chamomile, dry oatmeal, hops, comfrey leaf, calendula, and comfort root is also suitable to counter the symptoms of the disease. Similar treatment can be carried out by taking an herbal bath with chaparral leaves, tea tree oil and baking soda.

Including chlorophyll, wheat grass, blue green algae in the diet strengthens the immune system and is highly helpful in providing antiviral activities.
