To relieve your back pain, you can take rest in your bed for one or two days. While you are in your bed, try to lie on the support of your back and with a pillow behind the knees and the shoulders & head elevated.

You can also go for some over-the-counter drugs to reduce the inflammation. The muscle relaxants can even pacify the muscle spasms. During the recuperating period, always wear a back pain support, especially if you need to continue with some back-stressing activities.
