Diabetes is not a simple disorder it is a complex disorder of food as well as the way in which we have it. The pancreas is the responsible organ which can control the occurrence of diabetes the pancreas is the organ which has the Islets Of Langerhans that actually helps you to control the diabetes with a great insulin secretion.

There are actually two types of diabetes – Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Insipedus. These are also known as diabetes type 1 and type 2 respectively. Thus it is said that diabetes is thing which can be controlled with a very little diet control.

The low creation of insulin or type1 diabetes can never be cured that easily with the help of yoga exercises. The yoga exercises can easily cure the pancreas and help you get relieved of type 1diabetes at least by 40 percent. Moreover it is also known that Type 2 diabetes is a worse type of diabetes which can be got rid of easily with some easy restrictions in food and great asana and Pranayam routine.

It is a known fact that the sun is the direct source of all the energy in this world thus a direct salutation to the sun god can always help you get a perfect whole body workout. There are many a time when the people forget this vital reality and thus they have to keep on doing the vital exercise routine for the entire body known as surya namaskar meaning the sun salutation.

Asanas:

Apart from the sun salutation that there are certain stomach asana which can help you a great deal in ensuring a great body with ripped abs. These include Halasana, Matsyasana, Sarvangasana, Dhanurasana‚ Ardhamatsyendrasana, and Pavanmuktasana.

Pranayamas:

There are three primary ones whichcan help you ensure a better level of insulin secretion: Nadi Shodhan, Bhasrika Kapalbhati and Bhramari.

After all these routine exercises remember to relax your body and feel the change from within.
