Guidelines to Achieve an Ideal Increased Weight

Are you underweight? Are you looking for the ways to increase your weight? .Being underweight indicates the bad health. You should check your Body mass Index on regular intervals.BMI is a measure of body weight based on height and weight. If you are looking for few ways to gain some weight, then here are few tips to maintain normal BMI range.

Few ways to achieve the ideal weight are listed below

  • Take high Calorie Foods

You must take high calorie foods; you may take mixed juices, eggs, lean red meats. These foods boost the energy levels and help to build the bones and muscles. Gaining weight does not mean adding excess fat to your body. It means building the bones and muscles.

  • Avoid eating junk foods

Some people believe that losing weight means cutting out the junk food, where as gaining weight means just the opposite thing. However this is the wrong assumption. The junk food has higher concentration of harmful fats and high sugar levels which makes you unhealthy. So eat the healthy foods instead of junk foods. For example drink fruit juice instead of taking soda. You may take nuts instead of potato chips.

  • Regular exercises

Doing regular exercises helps you to get rid of excess fats and unhealthy weight. It helps you to gain the lean mass rather than storing the fat in your body.

  • Take adequate sleep

You should take at least 8 hours sleep per day. Sleeping provides your body a chance to assimilate and build the body, even while resting. More over a good sleep, decreases  your stress level.

  • Take Healthy Snacks in between the heavy meals

To gain weight, you must take heavy snacks in between the meals. Some of the healthy snacks are fruits, nuts, and yogurt. These foods contain the right amount of fats and calories.

So be committed to your diet. Take as much protein supplements as possible.
