Fruits and Vegetables must Constitute Your Diet for Better Health

It is rightly said that “An Apple a day keeps a doctor away”. The busy life schedule makes the American fatter and it is because of the foods which they eat. They do not have time to take balanced diet, so they eat fast and junk foods.

The highly processed and refined foods are harmful for the waist line and are bad for the health. So you should include fruits and vegetables in your diet. The fruits and vegetables help to fights against diseases and avoid health complications.

All these whole food grains, fruits, vegetables are natural and free from preservatives. They are not pulverized, stripped. Neither it is chopped and added. The prepared foods are frozen, canned or jarred and moreover they are fragmented and include preservatives. To preserve the food for months and months, chemicals and preservatives are added to it. The harmful preservatives cause illness which includes cancer.

You should take vitamins and minerals every day to get enough nutrition. The fruits and green vegetables are good source of vitamins and minerals. They contain vitamins, photochemical, fiber, and the combination of essential nutrients required for the body. These nutrients are must for good growth and development of the body. You will feel strong, vibrant and healthy.

The medical professionals and experts recommend eating 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day. Many other professionals recommend taking 80 percent of these foods daily. So you should cut the intake of fragmented foods as possible .Maintain the balanced diet and get the maximum health benefits from the foods. So just make it a habit to eat fruits and vegetables very day. Avoid eating fragmented and prepared foods if you want to be healthy.
