Fish, high in Omega 3 Fatty acids are the principal resource of getting healthy fats. Do you know that colder fish contains the higher levels of omega3 which is essential for building of the muscles? The omega 3 has high amounts of essential fatty acids such as DHA and EPA. These two fatty acids have shown heath benefits. It helps in the improvement of the cardio vascular functions .It also enhances your immune system improving your skin health. Even the studies have proved that these foods enhance the normal functioning of the body.

These days it is difficult to find the safe fish. The ecological contamination pollutes most of the fish with the risky toxins such as mercury, dioxins. Most of the fish sold in American supermarkets is infected with preservatives, toxic, carcinogens and elevated levels of antibiotics.

Try to get wild caught fish, instead of farm raised varieties
The ocean fish are cleaner than fish found in polluted ponds. Farm raised fish have low levels of Omega 3 fatty due to low-grade diets. If you want to take foods high in omega 3, then stick to the fishes wildly caught.
Eat smaller fish such as sardines, trout
The larger fish accumulates more toxins than the smaller fish. To get ample amounts of protein use the omega 3 supplements made from the fish oil.
