This would help in maintaining a healthy circulatory system. As such, yoga has also been proved for treating the anemia symptoms by facilitating the circulation of bloods.

Most anemia sufferers are prone to poor circulation and reproduction of the blood. Vitamin c can be prove to be very helpful in normalizing these conditions and strengthens the immune system for better fighting the viruses and bacteria. Further, vitamin c also helps in better absorbing the irons which otherwise are wasted.

There are several herbs that are particularly known for cleansing the blood. These include dandelion leaves and roots, burdock and yellow dock and alfalfa. These herbs contribute in bringing back the hemoglobin levels back to their norms. An anemia patient can use these herbs singularly or in combination. Parsley is an herb that can be both utilized as fresh and in dried forms. These are very good for cooking and are most commonly used as breath refreshments. This herb consists of minerals and vitamins, which are good for gas and digestion.

For additional treatment help you can prefer consuming leafy vegetables, cashew nuts, walnuts, legumes, peanut, raisins, egg and seafoods that largely help in treating iron deficient anemia.
