All the Cardio workouts do something in an extent. If you will exercise than you will burn the calories it is easy. But the question is whether running magically burns the belly fat than the other activities that do. You answer to this question are below mentioned:

  • Running actually does not focus on the fat burning of the belly alone. That no workout does. One cannot direct the body to burn excess fat from the abs. Your body reduces fat from all the parts.
  • The way of running by most of the people run is not the great way to burn your body fat. If you are like these types of people then you are seriously wasting your valuable time on ineffective type of workouts and have a less chance for you to see the stomach fat disappear.


The reason that many people like to judge the workout effectiveness is that they actually think that they have to run for at least 40 minutes or even for one hour to burn off the fat by running. It is not true; the best method to burn the fat molecules with running is to do it with intervals, change the pace from fast to moderate each few minutes during workout. It has been found that doing it in interval is more intensive method and help in burning excess calories in the shorter time. It can fast help in losing belly fat.

Additionally, you can cut the running time also by half. But even the interval running is not that much best method to lose the fat from the belly region. To do this you have to incorporate running in a very complete workout & nutrition routine. To shed more fat you have to keep muscle tissues and develop it. It helps in keeping the metabolism running as high and burning more fat. Running alone will not also get you to satisfactory result. Only the bigger program doe it in the best way to shed belly fat.
