You also need to avoid sugar items to get better results. Sugar is known to be as the main reason behind eruption of acne problem, so it must be avoided to get rid of this problem.

Adolescents have same kind of Acne problem like Adults have and in both these cases greasy and oily foods must be avoided. Always remember that you restrict all those foods that increase the chances of Acne.
