The term Anti in antioxidants indicates against and Oxidants means free radicals in your body, which are responsible for oxidation that further leads to stress, cell damage as well as toxic build up in the human body. Any damage to cell can even happen due to sun damage, excess intake of alcohol and smoking. Antioxidants are the best way to detoxify your body. Many fresh fruits and green vegetables include antioxidants. Antioxidants can prevent you from many health disorders.

Oxidation in the body leads cell break down. Harmful free radicals attack on your healthy tissues, generally DNA, fats as well as proteins. This attack on the body weakens your immunological work as well as premature aging procedures. This is linked to numerous disorders such as heart problems, cancer, and cataracts. A weak body can lead severe health conditions.
