Acute Fat Loss – Cheating, Fasting & Metabolic Exercise

Aiming for fat loss? Then, apply some of the effective techniques to lose fats from the body in a strategic way. You may lose up to 25 pounds within 25 days between low-calorie or fasting and high-calorie or cheating days and do insert it with metabolically stimulating exercises. Carry the program for the first five days and observe the difference.

Acute Fat Loss

  • In the first day of the 5 day cycle try to over drain your body with high-calorie diet. You are carrying out this for good reason to burn down the fat hormones from the body which prickles your body metabolism. The reason these diets do not work is they force low calories to burn down fats due to which fat burning hormones slow down resulting in no weight loss.
  • On second day you want to fast or limit your calorie intake.   • On Third day of your program you may eat low calorie diet which is about 1500 calories for men and 1000 calories for women but it also varies on the basis of size. As, you are on the depletion phase of your five day cycle.
  • On 4th day you want to boost up your body metabolism through a little intake of higher amount of carbohydrate. One should try to take 30% fats, 30% proteins and 40% carbohydrates for the fourth day in your diet. And for the interval training you should try for slow pace and fast pace types of exercises.
  • On day five you make you prepare your body for the subsequent cycle which starts with cheat day. Therefore it is prescribed to eat low carbohydrate and high protein diet to drain the stored energy to continue its new cycle.

And start the new cycle with a cheat day. Because the body will be ready to take fat and carbohydrate on the day and you feel satisfied with change in each week.
