Exfoliating the skin helps you get rid of the dead skin and the waste sticking to it. Hence, you shall keep your skin healthy by controlling the external reason for bad skin.
  • Then is the regular moisturization. To keep your skin healthy and glowing you should take care of the suppleness of the skin. This is taken care by the regular moisturizing of the skin.
  • Avoid direct exposure to the sunrays. Some of the sun radiations are known to be the cause of skin cancer. To avoid any such ailment of skin you shall minimize the exposure to sun. In addition, UV rays are known to tan the skin. Even though tanning is temporary, it causes damage to the skin and aging shows early due to this.
